Micro Ingredient Dosing (MID)
Van Aarsen offers three types of dosing units, each tailored to specific ingredient needs and capacities:
Small Ingredient Dosing (SID)
Designed for small ingredients with a maximum batch weight of 300 kg, the SID system is ideal for dosing ingredients with different bulk densities and flow characteristics.
Micro Ingredient Dosing (MID)
The MID system handles micro-ingredients with a batch capacity of up to 50 kg. It offers high precision, with weight increments as low as 20 grams and a mechanical dosing accuracy of 5 grams.
Precision Ingredient Dosing (PID)
For highly precise dosing, the PID system can handle batches as small as 1 kg, with weight accuracy down to 1 gram and mechanical dosing accuracy of 2 grams.
Extras and Options
Enhance your dosing system with advanced options such as additional dosing screws for more flexibility. Choose between different hopper sizes or add stirring devices for products that require constant movement to avoid clumping.
