Moveable Bulk Weigher
The Moveable Bulk Robot Weigher provides additional flexibility and advanced features for precise weighing and transport of materials in feed production. Its key components include:
- Frame Construction: An automatically moved frame with a rubber profile on the top, designed to minimize dust escape during the filling process.
- Supporting Frame: A dust-sealed supporting frame mounted on the non-weighing frame structure.
- Weighing Bin: A large bin (approximately 2300 x 3000 mm) with rounded corners and four electro-pneumatically operated dump slides for controlled dosing.
- Weighing System: Includes 4 load cells mounted under the supporting channels of the bin, ensuring accurate weight measurements.
- Steel Supporting Structure: Features 8 travelling wheels (Ø 250 mm), each driven by a geared motor with frequency-controlled drives and brakes for precise movement.
- Fines Transport: A flight conveyor is used to remove fines during the transport and weighing process, ensuring clean operation.
