EFFICIENT GRINDING
The GD-950 hammer mill drives the grinding process at Las Camelias, combining high efficiency with low energy consumption. Running at 1500 rpm, this hammer mill delivers precision grinding, while its enclosed design enhances safety and hygiene by preventing dust buildup and ensuring easy screen exchanges.
MIXING AND PELLETING PROCESS
Mixing
The mixing section features a rotary feeder drum with an automatic cleaning magnet, ensuring a controlled, precise product flow. A Horizontal Batch Mixer Type 6000/2 LTR with a 6 m³ capacity provides a uniform mix, using an electric, pneumatically operated bomb-door and double-working air cylinders to ensure optimal load management.
Pelleting
Las Camelias’ pelleting section includes a specially designed meal dosing conveyor and a C900 conditioner. An automatic steam control system precisely adjusts the steam quantity, feeding into the PelletMill “Compact 900” for a consistent pelleting process.
A sophisticated control panel manages key functions across the facility, including load, temperature, and lubrication controls. The plant’s Double KR16.2 crumbler, with a bypass valve and air-operated functions, enables smooth, precise operations, underscoring Las Camelias’ commitment to efficiency and control.
