Fast and Effective Grinding and Mixing
Achieve faster production times with our Grinding and Mixing Section, equipped with two hammermills and a high-capacity paddle mixer that processes each batch in just 4 minutes and 48 seconds—enhancing efficiency across the Aurora project.

OPTIMIZED COOLING AND CRUMBLING
Advanced Pelleting & Conditioning
Our Pelleting and Conditioning Lines are designed to boost throughput, achieving a rate of 30 tons per hour per line, and enhancing Aurora’s production capabilities.
High-Quality Cooling and Crumbling
Our cooling and crumbling equipment ensures top-quality pellets, with four coating, four cooling, and four crumbling units. Three existing crumblers have been upgraded, while one new unit includes a feeding device to optimize capacity.
EFFICIENT LOADING AND DISPATCH
Flexible Storage Solutions
In collaboration with Schneider Engineering, our Finished Feed Section provides flexible storage with both round and rectangular silos, allowing for cost-effective choices that fit Aurora’s needs.
Efficient Loading for Quick Dispatch
Our loading system features six bulk robots with loading bellows, enabling the simultaneous loading of six trucks, keeping dispatch times fast and efficient.
Optional Flush Section for Cost Efficiency
To reduce costs, our optional Flush Section allows the Finished Feed Silos to double as a flush silo, offering Aurora a flexible and budget-friendly solution.
